Make the visit productive
An on-site request should include the address, access arrangements, affected equipment and the problem preventing work. Mention parking or building-entry requirements and whether the equipment is in a shared or restricted area. Confirm who will be available to explain the issue and authorize the agreed work.
Describe any previous remote troubleshooting and whether replacement parts may be involved. Access to an office does not automatically include permission to change every system there. Discuss the intended devices, downtime and data responsibilities when arranging the visit.
Before we get started
Share the location, device details and access requirements. Travel, scheduling, parts and service scope are confirmed before a visit.
